I agree, great photo! As Sarah was very detailed with her tech description my guess is that she only used the polarizer.
As is true with most shooters these days and as is clearly illustrated in her text, she captured a very good image and then
made it even better in post production.

Note the subtle, tasteful, yet vital moves that were made in post to take the image from good to great.
