This is a composite. The background was removed, and the area around the bottom of the Eiffel Tower was manipulated using the healing tools in Photoshop. Color corrections, stars, and the moon were added to enhance the overall image.

A very windy evening. I was afraid to pull out my camera because sand was blowing everywhere, but I had to capture this atmosphere.
