Hi everyone, I'm Ian Plant with "Outdoor Photography Guide". And I'm here today to talk to you about acrylic prints. Acrylic prints are a very bold and vibrant way of displaying your favorite photos. And I've got some acrylic prints today made by Bay Photo which is a lab that I use when I'm making my own prints. Acrylic prints are beautiful photo prints that are face mounted to plexiglass and they offer vivid colors, sharp image quality and a high impact design that is sure to draw attention to your favorite photos. Bay Photo offers it's acrylic prints in a variety of sizes and surfaces, making them perfect for, gallery shows, commercial installations, office walls or your own home display. One thing you should definitely check out is Bay Photo's new non-glare finish for its acrylic prints. This allows you to add depth and impact to your prints without getting that annoying reflection. So it's perfect for displays that are gonna be shown under a variety of lighting conditions. Now, Bay Photo offers two mounting systems for it's acrylic prints. If you've got a more permanent display, you might wanna go with the stainless posts, but if you're looking to get the print up on the wall with a minimum amount of effort, then I suggest going with the standard French cleat hanger system. This allows you to easily get the print up on the wall and to easily level the print. And also I prefer it because the stainless posts intrude into the image frame and they might block important parts of the image. Bay Photo offers two different choices for the type of photo paper that's mounted to the acrylic. And those two choices are luster and metallic. They both have a different look to them. So I encourage you to check both out and decide which one you prefer. Ordering with Bay Photo is super easy. You can just go online to the website and order through there. They've got a simple step-by-step process which guide you from start to finish. If you are a more advanced commercial user with high volume printing needs, you might wanna consider downloading Bay Photo's free software called Bay Rose, which offers a number of advanced and customizable ordering features. What is it that is so special about acrylic prints? Well, the process of mounting these prints to plexiglass, gives acrylic prints a depth and a color vibrancy that you just don't see with traditional photo paper prints. I think a lot of people find that acrylic prints look a lot more bold, a lot more alive than other prints. And the process also gives these prints a lot of durability. So the colors are gonna stay true for a longer period of time. So I definitely recommend that you check out Bay Photo's acrylic prints. This is a real stunning way of displaying your photos. And with acrylic prints up on the wall, I guarantee that your work is gonna get noticed. I'm Ian Plant and thanks for watching.
