It takes patience and planning to achieve symmetry in photography. Professional shooter, Jim Zuckerman, photographs an old gravestone in New England and shows you techniques to create the symmetrical image.

He shoots a single gravestone from a high angle and includes the bed of freshly fallen red leaves as the frame. He makes sure the top of his camera viewfinder is parallel to the top of the gravestone. The result is a perfectly symmetrical image. Then, Jim repeats the process in a vertical format.

Join pro photographer, Jim Zuckerman, in New England’s fall foliage as he shows you how to create symmetry in photography.
