Description

In this video, wildlife guide Kevin Taylor takes pro wildlife photographer Doug Gardner to the most photographed barn in the Grand Tetons, the Molten Barn. Doug sets up his tripod to shoot the barn, the mountains towering in the background. He will show you why it’s all about the light, which can change from a pink to white to golden in a short time. In this fickle mountain light, it’s important to frequently change exposure settings. Later on, Kevin guides Doug to a sagebrush valley featuring a wooden buck and rail fence leading to the mountains, an ideal scenic photograph. You will also learn how sagebrush provides ideal food for pronghorns and sage grouse.
